Condo and townhouse prices for downtown Vancouver aren't anywhere near the highs seen in 2018 but it appears a recovery may be under way in parts of the downtown market.
The Yaletown and Coal Harbour HPI price index has shown an upwards trend over recent months and as we approach the busy spring market cycle its very likely this upwards pressure could continue. Meanwhile the downtown and West End neighbourhoods have been relatively flat using the same index.
