Properties with 3 bedrooms, especially townhomes in the neighbourhood, remain the most sought after and are selling in the shortest time. These homes have been limited in supply so typically go into bidding wars and sell well above asking price, recent sale prices, and well over market value. It has been normal to see no subject offers to try to win these homes in competition.
One bedroom properties also saw a sharp rise in demand last month which might aline with students returning to classes in the fall.
