Kitsilano condo and townhouse sales reached a 3 year high last month as homebuyers demand remained strong in the neighbourhood.  Inventory and median prices dipped when compared month to month. Townhouses are in the greatest demand across the region as single home un-affordability has pushed buyers to the next best thing.

Last month saw indications of the housing market cooling across Burnaby and the GVA area after several months of record breaking sales and activity. In the Simon Fraser University area home sales decreased, inventory increased for the 2nd month in a row, while bench mark prices rose slightly when comparing month to month.
